We love food, obviously! ER has offered numerous menus for many clients since 2010. Our network of professional chefs and mixologists is our pride and joy! We work with the best in town when it comes to creating kitchen and bar menus. We start with creating the skeleton of the menu that suits the concept at hand and then we create the unique dishes for  it. We then move to tasting sessions and food costing. Our chefs work hard to create menu matrixes that both satisfy and sell well. Gotta love this job, right?
