Biography

Graduated from the American University in Cairo with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication, Radwan has been working in the hospitality field for over 21 years. She started her career as Assistant Marketing Manager for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Egypt and has since been working with international and local brands offering full business consultancy to her clients. She is considered one of the early Egyptian women who started working in this field in Egypt and the Middle East over years. She is also a HACCP certified from the Egyptian Chefs Association. Radwan is also a registered consultant at EBRD ( European Bank for Restructure and Development), facilitating funds and grants to small and medium size businesses.

This mother of 2 girls started her own business as a restaurant consultant in 2010 and opened her own business “Everything Restaurants” as one of the very few specialized businesses in this field back then. Radwan offers full turnkey projects for investors entering the business and need guidance on how to start. From concept development, financial plans, menu development and branding to staff hiring and training, supplier soliciting to creating SOP manuals and also franchise manuals. In addition to that, she offers customized consultancy services to existing business which makes Everything Restaurants also popular for staff hiring and training.

The company has been supplying key players in the market with highly experienced caliber for both floor and kitchen employees such as Ovio , Lokali , Andiamo Pizzeria, Holm Café, Devoir, Be Good to You, Carbon, Seven Fortunes, Abdel Wahab Egypt, Fatafeat Channel, Macaronita, Bascota and Pink Blanket Mama, Hola Tacos, President Hotel, and many more.

Since 2022, the company has started expanding its services to the MENA region offering consultations to brands in KSA, Lebanon and soon in the Netherlands.
